Andresa has been interviewed on many top ranked podcasts, including the BiggerPockets Podcast and the Best Ever Podcast. On the personal side, Andresa was born and raised in Brazil, has an adorable son named Lorenzo, and loves to salsa dance.

On the personal side, Liz is an avid runner, has completed several triathlons and marathons, has two adorable children and is a New Yorks Mets fan.
Andresa Guidelli is a skilled developer and asset manager with extensive experience in full gut renovation projects, new construction, and commercial development. Liz Faircloth co-founded the DeRosa Group in 2005 with her husband, Matt. DeRosa controls 60 million dollars of residential and commercial assets throughout the east coast.
